Exported camera videos are not compatible with most (if not all) video players, i.e. VLC, QuickTime Player, Windows Media Player etc.
ANNKE provides a video player for playing videos on Windows. All other OS-es are out of luck.

HandBrake (a free software) handles conversion nicely

For more advanced conversion ffmpeg could be the answer.
It offers wide range of video/audio conversion options as well as processing only a portion of the video, shortening the whole process.
Fast options are:
View Codeffmpeg -i INPUT.mp4 -vf scale=3414:1920 -c:v libx264 -crf 20 -preset slow OUTPUT.mp4

showing a full camera resolution (upscaled width).

It would be nice if Annke would consider supporting other Operating Systems besides Windows. There's no place like ~
